Returns & Refunds Policy

At Plushpoda, we strive to provide our customers a seamless shopping experience. Below, you’ll find detailed guidelines on how to handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and modifications of products:

  1. Cancellation/Modification: We value informed purchasing decisions and understand that changes might be necessary. You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. However, we cannot accept cancellation or modification requests once the order has been printed.
  2. Item Not as Described: If you receive an item different from what is described (e.g., wrong color, design, size, style, or poor quality), please provide evidence of the discrepancy. Our team will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. You can also keep the incorrect item as a token of apology for the inconvenience caused.
  3. Damaged/Faulty Items: Although we prioritize product quality, occasionally, a damaged item may be sent in error. In such cases, there’s no need to return the item. Email [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item. Once we verify the damage, we will swiftly send you a new item free of charge.
  4. Items Not Eligible for Return:

Please be aware that the following scenarios are not eligible for returns or cancellations:

  • Wrong size, color, or product type selected during the purchase.
  • The product is in good condition with satisfactory image quality.
  • Situations where the customer states, “I ordered by mistake,” or “I’m no longer interested.”
  • Refunds are not applicable if a coupon code was used during the purchase.

Additionally, items in used condition cannot be refunded or exchanged. Eligible items must be new, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. After 30 days, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

**To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days.
  • The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused.
  • There is a defect in the product itself or printing.
  • The received product differs from the one you ordered.

Our Buyer Protection Program ensures your satisfaction. If you have yet to receive your product within 30 days from the purchase date (rare as it may be), we will refund you the total product value without any questions.

Please note that the refund will only cover the product value, and the shipping amount will not be credited back.
